All tickets are sold subject to availability and subject to our terms & conditions. Concession prices, when available, are detailed within the show ticket prices and only one concession per ticket applies. A ticket must be purchased for children aged 2 years and over. Wheelchair spaces, Essential Companion Scheme tickets and group discounts are not available through online booking.
Call in to The Sands Centre between 9am and 9pm. We accept cash, debit and most credit cards. Postage is charged at 75p or more for larger items.
When booking by post it is best to call the box office to reserve your seats and then send a letter with the details of the show and payment by cheque (made payable to Greenwich Leisure Limited). Please send correspondence to: The Sands Centre, Carlisle CA1 1JQ and include a stamped addressed envelope and a contact telephone number. Note: Please allow up to 2 weeks prior to the performance when using this method of purchase. Booking by post does not guarantee availability.
You can book online 24 hours a day by credit or debit card and select your own seats from a live seating plan. You will need to create your own account, choose the show and the seats that you want, put them into the basket, select the delivery method and enter your card details. Wheelchair spaces, Essential Companion Scheme tickets and group discounts are not available through online booking.
Tickets can be posted (postage 75p) or you can opt for collection at the box office in which case you will receive a bar code within your confirmation email which you should print off and bring with you. Remember that you can log back into your account at any time to see your booking history and to reprint collection bar codes.
Please note that the prices detailed in the show ticket prices exclude booking fees which apply to all performances. Bookings made at our box office (in person/by phone) are subject to a £1.40 per ticket booking fee, except performances which are subject to a 55p booking fee (outlined in the show details). Online bookings are all subject to an 7% transaction fee which is applied per order as you confirm your booking.
Booking and transaction fees cover the administration costs for service provision, processing and handling associated with each ticket sale.
Tickets can be reserved for certain performances. Please contact our box office to make a reservation. Reservations will be held for seven days only and therefore cannot be taken in the week before a performance.
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless an event is cancelled. We do not accept tickets for resale. If a performance is sold out, we may accept tickets for resale but in that case booking fees or transaction fees are non-refundable.
